TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Molly F. White is a Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed by the State of California. This qualification required completion of a two year accredited master's degree program, 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience and passage of comprehensive written and oral examinations administered by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Ms. White holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and has been licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT 37431) since 2000. She has completed post-graduate coursework and meets all required continuing education coursework to maintain licensure. In addition, Ms. White has been a member of CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists) since 1996.

EXPERIENCE

Molly F. White has maintained a private practice in Santa Monica since 2000 and provides psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples and families. Prior to private practice, Ms. White provided outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and families at the Southern California Counseling Center (SCCC) in Los Angeles and now provides individual supervision for MFT interns at SCCC. She also served as Parent Educator for Evergreen Community School from 1997 through 2003 and has lectured in both public and private school settings on a variety of developmental topics including discipline and moral development.
